The Lighthouse International Film Festival is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to showcasing new and innovative films and fostering the next generation of filmmakers. The festival offers a weekend of films, networking, parties and surfing, and draws some of the industry’s top film critics, producers and distributors. The festival also seeks to serve the community by presenting unique programs that inspire, engage and challenge a diverse audience through the art of film.

Narrative or Documentary Feature. Anything between 40 and 180 minutes is fair game. We mean it -- any country, any genre, any story, and our selections over the last few years reflect our commitment to a broad array of films.
Write By The Beach program, a writers’ retreat for female screenwriters and filmmakers.
This category is designated for content that is episodic in nature. Submissions must include the pilot or first episode and may include as many episodes as you would like to share, but not to exceed 90 minutes total run time.
