The Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival celebrates the achievements of Asian Pacific American and Asian international cinema artists.
Established in 1983 by Visual Communications – the nation's premier Asian Pacific American media arts organization – The Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival is Southern California's premier showcase for film and mediaworks by Asian Pacific American and Asian international cinema artists.
The Festival's highlights include a Gala Opening and Closing Night Celebration, a Festival Centerpiece presentation, a full complement of filmmaker seminars and workshops, and a variety of special events.
