All-Russian Youth Film Forum

About

One of the largest industrial projects for young filmmakers.

The project was created on the basis of the previously implemented "All-Russian pitching of debutants".

The stages of the All-Russian Youth Film Forum this year will be held in 12 regions of Russia. In addition to Pitching debutants, the project will include location tours in the regions of Russia, presentations of regional film clusters and film studios, screenings, round tables, and an educational program.

Currently, applications are being accepted for participation in the Moscow Youth Cinema Forum-2021 as part of the business platform of the 43rd Moscow International Film Festival.

Awards

The total prize fund of the Pitching is 6 million rubles (1 million in each category).

Rules

Pitching of debutants will take place within the business platform of the 43rd Moscow International Film Festival and Moscow Youth Cinema Forum-2021.

The pitching will be held in 6 categories: Feature Films, Short Feature Films, TV Series, Web Series, Documentary Films, Work-in-progress.

Applications are accepted for participation from debutants of the Russian Federation aged 18 to 35 years old at the time of the Pitching (or in collaboration with representatives of this age category).

Applications and scripts are accepted only in Russian.

To participate in the Pitching, you must fill out a questionnaire, as well as attach a synopsis and project script. For documentaries, it is possible to replace the script with a director's statement. 

Acceptance of applications for Pitching begins from the moment the Pitching Regulations are published on the website https://www.kinoforum.moviestart.ru and ends on March 20, 2021 (inclusive).
