The creation of a patriotic national cinema that tells about the greatness of our country, about its history, about beautiful and interesting people and about the beauty of our Homeland. Event format: The festival is held in an offline format with screenings of the entire competition program of participants and an out-of-competition program consisting of films by participants and winners of festivals from Festival Plus. The geography of the project: "ZOV" is a large—scale All-Russian project that is planned to be held annually in different regions of the Russian Federation. The first venue was the Udmurt Republic, Votkinsk.

Awards

All participants who have passed the selection and entered the competition program are awarded with a diploma and laurels of the festival participants.

Winners in the categories also receive diplomas and laurels of the winners of the festival.

Rules

All films, videos, clips, scripts by young Russian directors corresponding to the theme of the festival take part in the festival. The competition program is formed from applications - patriotic, social, historical, documentary films. The non-competitive program is formed by the Festival Plus administration from the participants and winners of their festivals by invitation. All films that tell about Russia, about famous and interesting events and people glorifying the country, about the sights of Russia are involved. Participation in the festival is free of charge.
