History and Culture

About

The Russian Festival of Non-commercial films "History and Culture" is a viewing of works of screen art (film, video, computer, animation and other films) created in the Russian Federation, near and far abroad, about the History and Culture of the peoples of the Russian Federation.

Goals and objectives of the Festival:

- fostering national pride, love for the native land, respect and respect for national and Russian culture

- interrelationships of ecology, mythology, art, history and material culture of peoples

- preservation of the cultural traditions inherent in each nation

- promotion of traditional family values, healthy lifestyle and love for the motherland disclosure of the creative potential of amateur filmmaker

- involvement of public and state organizations in supporting and encouraging the best film authors

- participation of the best films in festivals of different levels

Awards

The best films are awarded with Diplomas and Medals and special prizes in the categories.

Each film receives a Diploma from the Festival.

The winning films remain in the GOLDEN fund of the Festival.

By the decision of the Organizing Committee and the jury of the festival, partner organizations have the right to award their special prizes in any category.

Rules

· Принимаются некоммерческие фильмы любых жанров, ранее не участвовавшие в данных фестивалях.

· Фильмы, пропагандирующие насилие и порнографию на фестивали не принимаются.

· Текст фонограммы (текст и песни) обязательно на русском языке или с переводом на русский язык.

· Автор может представить фильм продолжительностью не более 15 мин.

· Авторы за участие каждого фильма в фестивале платят взнос в сумме 500 руб.

В Фестивале не обязательно личное участие авторов фильма, можно участвовать заочно.
