International Short Film Festival exists for 20 years. The founder of the festival is the TV company "AIST" in Irkutsk. The Festival has acquired an international format. Annually more than five hundred filmmakers take part in it.
The festival's motto is: look at the world widely!

Rules

• Filmmakers from Russia and the near abroad can submit. 
• The festival can be attended by both amateurs and professional filmmakers.
• Films that are no longer than 20 minutes can be submitted. 

Selection Media Type: Microsoft AVI, MPEG-4, MPEG-2, MOV, downloaded link to the video hosting.
