About

The International Film Festival «FESTPRO» will be held in several Russian cities: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Penza and Vladimir.

The tagline of the festival: “Film production with morality!”

The festival contributes to the strength of morality in the audience. The tasks of the film festivals are also to support of the cinematographers and the popularization of cinematography in the regions.

The festival accepts films of any genre. There will be separate programs for films on human rights, films for children. We also accept Music Videos.

The Festival is in place to raise funds for the feature film «The Power of Good» by the «Catharsis» film company. Most of the proceeds from the festival will go to the production of the film «The Power of Good». Part of the funds will cover organizational expenses and some money will be sent to charitable funds for sick children.

It is a strong advocate for social change, and encourages cultural diversity and understanding between nations.

We are also including and actively supporting not only the finest examples of classic moviemaking, but works that are experimental, breaking ground in new non-narrative forms and crossing over into the video arts. All films will be reviewed as they are submitted, and the best in each category will be chosen to screen at the festival. Semi-finalist  films will not be screened but will receive our festival laurels. A jury of industry professionals will then view the finalists and choose the winning selections.

Certificates and laurels of OFFICIAL SELECTION will be awarded to films that while not winning a prize or screening, show exceptional potential in their film work.

The winners of the festival will receive laurels and certificates.

Rules

• Accepted Feature films (any themes and genres) from 60 minutes, short films (any themes and genres) to 40 minutes.
• The Festival is open to filmmakers from all over the world.
• You can submit as many films as you wish.
• We accept films produced any year.
• We accept films already released in internet, we understand filmmakers need to promote their work.
• Submission fee won’t be refunded if you decide to withdraw your film from the festival whether your film is selected or not.
• You can only send an application for entry through the platform filmfreeway.com
• All rights (including music, scripts and other) must be reserved. The creators of the film are fully responsible for the observance of rights.
• By sending an application you give consent to allow us to process your data and show your work for non-commercial purposes as part of the festival.
