Фестиваль - социальный некоммерческий проект, представляющий собой ежегодный фестиваль авторских, любительских, профессиональных короткометражных фильмов. Проводится в целях оказания профессиональной поддержки любительским кино-, теле-, видеостудиям, творческим объединениям и группам, отдельным авторам.

Жюри присуждает следующие дипломы и призы:

• Гран-при. Лучший фильм фестиваля -  диплом, денежная премия
• Лучший игровой фильм  -   диплом, денежная премия
• Лучший  неигровой фильм -  диплом, денежная премия
• Лучший анимационный фильм -  диплом, денежная премия
• Клип  - диплом, денежная премия

Специальный диплом:

• Приз зрительских симпатий

Rules

To participate in the Festival invited individual authors, members of Amateur and professional film studios aged 18 years.
 
Works can be of different genres and themes. The timing should not exceed more than 30 minutes, and the year of creation is not earlier than 2019.

Works containing calls for violence, incitement to religious or national discord, profanity, degrading the honor and dignity of the individual, and propaganda of anti-social phenomena are not allowed to participate in the competition.

The organizer of the Festival - budgetary institution of Omsk city «HOUSE of CINEMA» 

The jury of the Festival is formed of leading filmmakers, experts in the field of culture and art.

In 2018, director Vladimir Alenikov and theater and film actress Svetlana Kamynina took part in the festival as honored guests and members of the jury.
