About

ClujShorts  is an event fully owned and organized by Persona Association and aims at establishing itself as a major international festival, while continuing to act as a platform for showcasing excellent works from around the Globe, and simultaneously contributing to the development and growth of the regional industry and talent.

Rules

• Films must have been completed on or  after January 1 st, 2021.
• Works-in-progress will be considered, provided they will be completed prior to the Festival.
• You may enter more than one film, but each one must be submitted separately and must have its own completed submission form.

Documents and Other Requisite Items

• Fill out entry form,
• Films will be sent via online transfer  (WeTransfer, DropBox, etc).
• All submitted films must be accompanied by: English synopsis, English dialogue-list, three high resolution stills, publicity materials (poster, trailer – if available).

Additional Information

All submitted films will not be returned and will be part of the Festival’s artistic heritage. The data provede will not be used for commercial purposes.
