Aubagne International Film Festival

International Film Festival in France.

Aubagne International Film Festival supports the young cinematographic creation and the musical creation related to image. Official short and feature films competitions present works of young international film directors, in which the soundtrack reveals a singular work. Today acknowledged as a place of training and an international centre of meeting for young directors, scriptwriters, composers and sound designers, Aubagne International Film Festival stands among the 20th first French film festivals in the National Centre of Cinematography’s placing.

The competition is composed of four categories:

  • Fiction,
  • Animation,
  • Experimental,
  • Documentary.

Awards will be given to the director or to a representative of the film crew, during the Closing Ceremony.

All the short films competing must:

  • be a first, second or third work;
  • justify an original work on the sound: either by an original music or a particular treatment of the soundtrack (sound effects, voice, silence etc) In this last case, please enclose a note of intention;
  • have been completed since September 2014;
  • last less than thirty minutes.

Feature films:
