About
The Antares International Film Festival is a large–scale cultural project designed to create a unique platform for understanding and popularizing the image of a man of work in modern cinema.
The festival is aimed at a wide audience, from film industry professionals to viewers interested in social issues and inspiring stories about people who create the world around us. We want to provide an opportunity for filmmakers from different countries to present their work, reflecting the diversity of professions, everyday work, heroism and challenges faced by working people in various fields of activity.
The festival creates a space for the exchange of experiences and ideas between cinematographers, researchers and representatives of various professions, contributing to the formation of a new perspective on the role of a Man of Work in the modern world. Our project is aimed not only at professional cinematographers and film lovers, but also at those who work every day at enterprises, making our country

Rules
APPLICATIONS FOR PARTICIPATION AND SELECTION
The application dates are from April 1, 2025 to July 10, 2025 (for films produced in 2025, it is possible to submit a draft selection).
There is no fee for submitting an application to participate in the film festival.
YOU CAN SUBMIT FILMS FOR SELECTION
through the form on the website of the film festival
via online platforms: FilmFreeway or Festhome
The list of films selected for the competition program will be published on our website no later than two (2) weeks before the start of the festival.
The producers and authors of the selected works will be notified in advance by e-mail. The festival does not pay licensing fees for the screening of films selected in the competition.
The decision of the selection committee is final, not commented on or discussed.

The participants of the film festival agree to provide the elements of the film (including, but not limited to: stills, photos from the set, texts related to the film, trailers, teasers, cuts) for use by the magazine

The films selected for each of the nominations are evaluated by a jury consisting of film critics, leading Russian and foreign cinematographers (directors, producers, cinematographers, screenwriters, etc.), consisting of at least three (3) people in each competition.
The composition of the jury of all competition programs changes annually. The jury may not include persons involved in the creation or commercial distribution of paintings submitted to the competition. All members of the jury undertake to refrain from making public statements about the competition films (namely, mentions and direct links of the winning films, publication in open sources of indications and/ or reviews of the winning films or other links containing indications of the winners) before the official award ceremony and the announcement of the winners
