2026. Russia. Mandatory re-education camp for artists. The young Director talks to the girl who came to visit her brother, who is a painter to the camp. The Director tells her about his new play about an American spy who came to Russia to start a revolution, but eventually became desilusioned with his ideas and stayed in Moscow, as he now he was able to see that life in Russia is much better than in the United States. To the question of the girl, whether there is free and independent art in Russia-the Director without a shadow of doubt answers of course there is. Suddenly appears Minister of Culture of the Camp and decides to release the “reformed” Director.
