Foothills of the North Caucasus. A police vehicle is making its way through the mud. Among others there are two veteran blokes who’ve seen it all. They’re going home after a job. Vodka’s been handed round while chatting. One of team members isn’t joining this improvised party. He’s sitting apart and reading a little booklet about the entrance requirements for the prestigious Moscow University of International Relations. The story proceeds slowly, like the vehicle does in this muddy road. This place is a terrotory where war was taking place for many years. The origins of the conflict are vague, but someone's blood asks for revenge. Two brothers are observing the police car through the telescopic sight of a sniper’s rifle. A little booklet sticks out of the younger brother’s pocket, a booklet about the entrance requirements for the prestigious Moscow University of International Relations. A meeting of two young people io inevitable. But where it is going to happen - during the battle of student inauguration?
