In June of 2017 The Walt Disney Company CIS has launched the second installment of the cultural project “Happiness is...". The project aims at helping young Russian filmmakers to fulfill their dream and shoot their first theatrical film. After several contest stages an expert jury has selected the best young scriptwriters and directors who then shot an anthology film consisting of seven shorts united by a theme of happiness.
