Biography
Was born in Georgia. At the age of 17 he moved to Moscow. Two higher educations: Moscow State Law Academy and MGIMO. He built a career in a corporation, civil service, and was engaged in private legal practice. Divorced, two children. Hobbies - movies and travel. Visited 78 countries. As part of his studies at the Higher Directing Courses (VKSR), the studio of A. I. Surikov, A. M. Dobrovolsky, shot a short film "Rondo Moskovita 820".
