Biography

My name is Pavel Kling. I am a filmmaker. I was born in small german city Singen in 1996. After my birth, my parents decided to return to Russia. So I grew up and graduated from school in Yaroslavl, go to the St. Petersburg University of Arts, then moved to Moscow. German born, Russia raised. I love to shoot projects with storytelling, bizarre humor and neat cinematography. Everything got to be clear, restrained and sharp. My stories are very detailed, but there is always space for conventionality. Another big passion is music. That's why I like to shoot music videos, live performances and projects about musicians.

Directors Statement

Time watches over us all, but it is up to us to face our fears and find the strength to overcome them. The future is not set in stone and our choices and actions can shape it for the better. I believe that difficulties are actually opportunities. As we move through time, we just have to not forget about it. And we should not give up. We should always strive to make the best of the time we have. For in the face of uncertainty, it is easy to become lost. But if we listen closely, we can hear the ticking of our own hearts, guiding us towards our own path.
