The Maikop International Film Festival was founded in 2017. This is an annual cultural event in the life of not only the capital of Adygea, but also Russia as a whole. The autonomous non-profit organization in the field of arts development "Festival Plus” was the organizer and founder of the festival. The Maykop International Film Festival gives filmmakers from all over the world the opportunity to present their works. The “Maykop International Film Festival” does not place any restrictions on the genres and themes of films. All films selected for the festival must not violate the law of the Russian Federation and moral and ethical standards. The Maykop International Film Festival is an interesting competition program where discussion and voting take place after the screening of the film. The audience has the opportunity to ask questions to the organizers and participants of the festival. We invite all film producers to take part in the festival and get feedback from the audience. The prize-winning films will receive awards in various categories, a special jury prize and an audience award. Admission is free.

Rules

• This agreement is between the "Maykop International Film Festival" hereinafter referred to as "MMFF" and film producers.
  This agreement shall enter into force immediately upon submission of the application.
  "MMFF" has no restrictions on genres and themes of films.
  The duration should be no more than 180 minutes.
  The film should be shot after January 1, 2023.
  The film does not have to be a premiere.
  All films selected for the festival must not violate the law of the Russian Federation and moral and ethical standards.
  MMFF accepts applications on the websites of the festival's partners and on the websites of Festival Plus.
  The selection of films is handled by the jury of the festival.
  All works that have passed the official selection and are included in the festival program receive diplomas and laurels of the participant.
  The works that have not passed the selection will receive a letter from the organizer, we do not explain the reasons for the refusal, there may be many of them ... one of the main ones is the violation of moral and ethical norms.
  The jury considers only those films whose authors have paid the entry fee.
  The entry fee is non-refundable and does not give a 100% guarantee of showing the film at the festival.
  All materials sent to MMFF are non-refundable.
  MMFF has the right to use all promotional materials and movie trailers for posting on the festival's website, on media channels, and in social networks. networks.
  MMFF guarantees copyright compliance, the demonstration of films takes place only within the framework of the competition program and only offline at the festival itself. We do not transfer copies and permits to third parties without the consent of the authors.
  Russian Russian and non-English language materials must have English or Russian subtitles for selection.
  We recommend that foreign works that have passed the official selection have Russian subtitles.
  Festival participants must send us a copy of their film in any digital format, online.
  Films selected for screening at the festival must pass all state checks. Obtaining rental certificates for non-commercial screening at festivals is not mandatory in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation, provided that the film was shot no more than 2 years ago.
  "MMFF" helps to make subtitles and pass all the necessary checks for obtaining all documents for display in state instances, for a fee, which is negotiated individually.
  MMFF has the right to change the dates and time of the event, as well as the venue and other information in this agreement at any time.
  MMFF is not obliged to notify filmmakers of changes. The new agreement comes into force immediately after publication on the festival's website and social media. networks from "Festival Plus"
  When submitting an application, you agree to receive emails with news, promotions and other material.
  The organizer reserves the right to offer some participants to conclude a contract for placement in online cinemas, and screenings in cinemas, with subsequent monetization of content.
  The submission of the application is an electronic signature, by this you agree to all the conditions prescribed above.
