Years running: 16 (since 2010)
International Creative Documentary Film Festival.
About
The wonderful Kurshumli an becomes a seemingly unreal space, an intersection point of different realities and incredible film stories, where the best of documentaries shines down in all its glory. Seven days in a row the afterglow appears in the colors of various creative testimonies and authentic experiences de-coloring the personal stereotypes and prejudices.
MakeDox aims to promote creative documentary film production in Macedonia and to support documentary story telling in general. MakeDox focuses on creating a stimulating environment for the exchange of experience and knowledge of documentary creation and promotion of films with cinematographic quality, offering the creative point of view of an author, both in terms of content as well as in form.
The festival program consists of three competitive sections. The Festival also includes non-competitive programs, such as retrospectives, special programs or thematically curetted programs.
