Rules
- Films must have been completed on or after December 31, 2018.
- Films in theatrical release in Wisconsin or Minnesota prior to, or at the time of the festival (October, 2020) are not eligible.
- Film screeners will only be accepted via FilmFreeway.
Premiere Requirements
Regional premiere required.
