Themes change from year to year. This year our jury will be creating programming thematics after reviewing the submissions. We are looking for film, video and animation that will engage an urban public. This means that submissions can have an urban theme, or just be of interest to an urban population.
TUFF also pays a screening fee of $100 per accepted film.
The festival accepts all genres of silent, one-minute film, video and animation that are of interest to a cosmopolitan audience. TUFF is open to Canadian and international artists.
