Rules

• Art and documentary film works are accepted for the show, as well as video art and experimental film works and animations devoted to the themes of ecology, science, philosophy, people.
• Send a link to your movie-work and information about its creators, with the indication "POTOK" in the subject line, to the address kino@kinoiskusstvo.com

* By sending your film, you agree with the rules of free participation of your film work in the festival, as well as with the possible use of frames and film fragments in order to promote the festival on the Internet, social networks, on television and in print media.
