Pobeg is not just another festival, it’s a platform in search of new artists with their courageous statements. We aim at forming a well-functioning community of young filmmakers. 

The festival will have a broad program that includes master-classes and special screenings. Follow us on social media to be in the loop. 

The festival is held throughout the year – the last days of the month from September 2018 to August 2019. 

Application and participation is free of charge. We are also happy to assist with receiving the screening license.
