M Film Festival is an international film festival, exclusively dedicated to an one minute film, including credits, with open competition to all countries and organized by Orfeão de Matosinhos and with the sponsorship of ANCIMA, the City Hall of Matosinhos and the Parish of Matosinhos-Leça da Palmeira.

Rules

• The duration of the film cannot exceed 60 seconds including the final credits.
• Movies must have subtitles in English, except for films spoken in Portuguese.
• The theme is free except defamatory, threatening, pornographic, racist, ethnically offensive, or otherwise violating Portuguese law. That is, film that are in any way inappropriate are banned.
•  Only accept films produced from 2019.
• Selected films will be screening in MP4 format.

ORGANIZER: 

Orfeão de Matosinhos is a cultural association, with 102 years old, whose intention is to promote any kind of culture, such as singing, writing, theater, cinema, etc. Its formation was based since 1917, and continues to be based, on its choir.
