The Meridian of Hope

The Festival has already managed to consolidate the filmmakers from different regions of the Russian Federation, who make films on environmental issues. 

"Meridian of Hope" is aimed at drawing attention to the environmental problems of our country and supporting filmmakers from the Russian regions.

Rules

• The festival accepts scientific, documentary, animation and educational films with a running time no longer than 60 minutes.
• Films made during the last three years before the festival.

To apply: 

• Send a downloaded link to the film.
• Filled application form in electronic format.
• Biography and a brief filmography of the director.
• Brief synopsis of the film. 
• Photographic materials for the catalogue (photo of the authors and stills from the film in electronic format).
