About
In 2007 to honor the Andrey Tarkovsky 75–th anniversary the RF Ivanovo Oblast Government supported by the RF Presidential Administration, the RF Ministry of Culture, the RF Godfilmofond, The Russia Filmmakers Union set “Zerkalo” International Film Festival named after the great director.
The Festival organizing committee is headed by Mikhail Men, the Ivanovo Oblast Governor. Marina Tarkovsky, the director’s sister, is one of the inspirers and organizers of the movie forum. Since 2010 the Festival is headed by a Russian director, People’s Artist of Russia Pavel Lungin.

Each film will be screened a maximum of three times during the festival, including press screenings.

Rules
The fiction film competition is only open to productions finished no earlier than January 1 of the previous year.
World and international premieres are given preference in the competition program.
Films in competition will only be accepted in digital copies, in DCP format.
Additional materials for every film to be presented in the festival's program must be received by the festival's management no later than May 9 of current year, as follows:
