Open youth tele-film festival Tolpar

About

The winged horse Tolpar has become a symbol of the same name youth festival, which this summer was held for the fifth time in welcoming the Zianchurinsky district of Bashkortostan. Tolpar wings symbolizes creativity, birth and flight of new ideas, the desire to conquer new heights. This year the festival has the status of an open competition. 

Festival «Tolpar» aims to create an environment for creative communication of children and youth television studios, kinomobilny associations and professionals, a platform for creative self-realization of children and youth. It is necessary to combine efforts for the development of children's and youth video workshops to attract more children to the creation of films aimed at careful attitude to their native land, the preservation of the environment and social problems. This creative work can teach children to appreciate life, to protect them from the negative temptations of the virtual world.

The works are considered in two age groups and six main categories:

• «Documentary»
• «Feature film»
• «Cartoon/Animated film»
• «Social» 
• «Music video»
• «Report»

Awards

Will be awarded and winners in the individual categories:

• «Best Director»
• «The best scenario»
• «Best operator»
• «Best male role»
• «Best actress»
• «Best editing»

The festival is dedicated to the year of the family in the Republic of Bashkortostan, because another nomination:

• "The best work on the family»

Rules

• In the competition program of the Festival "Tolpar" can take part children, adolescents and youth up to 23 years.
• Participants are to be divided into two age categories:
  • "Children" (from 7 to 17 years inclusive).
  • "Youth" (from 18 to 23 years inclusive).
• A participant can submit up to three works for each nomination. 

Documents and required items:

• A completed entry form
• Link to a preview screener (YouTube, AVI or MP4 format)
• Foto of the participant, film poster — if possible
• The questionnaire for placement by numbers, according to the form
