Kyiv International Advertising Festival is open to all creative, marketing, communication and media agencies, advertisers, clients, design or production houses, TV houses from: Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan.
Also, in Festival program could take part entries from other countries, but only if entries has been created for an ad market from countries list above. Interactive and Creative use of media contest are open to participants from worldwide.
Each contest consists of competitive categories. Winners (gold, silver, bronze) and finalists (shortlist) are determined in each category. One (1) winner is determined in each contest and awarded for Grand Prix.
The number of the winners and finalists is not limited. The jury has the right not to award prizes because of the non-compliance to evaluation criteria. The jury may decide to award the special prizes in some cases.
According to results of all contests of the official program, the Chairmen of Jury will determine the best advertising entry of the Festival, which will be awarded the Festival Grand Prix.
Trophies Kyiv International Advertising Festival will be given to the Gold winners, Grand Prix and Festival Grand Prix. Silver, Bronze and Shortlisted entries will receive diplomas.
One campaign may be submitted into the different categories, but no more than in 2 categories (2 times) of each contest, except FILM & RADIO CRAFT contest, and DIGITAL CRAFT category in DIGITAL & MOBILE contest and PRINT CRAFT category in PRINT & POSTER contest.
Entry must be formed in English.
All materials must be submitted for judging exactly as published, aired or implemented and may not be modified for awards entry. However, files that are not originally in English should be translated (subtitles).
All judging materials will be shown to the jury in digital format.
