First St. Petersburg International Film Festival without sound - "HEART"
The first annual film festival in the world without sound, attracting filmmakers around the world to try filmmaking in a new form - a quiet and sincere.
The film festival is planned for a large audience not only among experimenters and fans of "other" cinema, but also among those who are sick with deafness or with a diagnosis "hard of hearing".
Rules
- Accepted films less than 100 minutes, without a sound, created later than December 31, 2017.
To submit:

- Send via email along with 2 stills and director's photo
