About

The festival is held in the city of Nikolaev since 2014. The festival takes part in films with a duration of up to 20 minutes in three main categories: "Best Feature Film", "Best Documentary Film" and "Best Animated Film", as well as several special nominations, including "Audience Sympathies"

The winners in each nomination receive cash prizes from the General Partner of the festival - the All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation Igor Yankovsky "Initiative for the Future".

In each nomination the winner receives 15 thousand hryvnias. 

Rules

• Festival invites Ukranian directors and all Ukrainians who have a necessary technique, equipment and certain skills to take part in a competition.
• Films must be completed from September 1, 2018 to September 1, 2019.
• If there is another author's footage in a film, it's authorship must be indicated.
• The duration of the film must not exceed 20 minutes.
• Acceptable format: AVI or MPEG-4. The video resolution must be 1280x720 or more.
• There are three sections: fiction, documentary and animation. 
• Any commercials or political advertising are forbidden. There must be no propaganda of xenophobia and war, scenes of violence, the human dignity's insults and violations of Ukrainian law.
• Films are not to be published via Internet until October 13, 2019

Jury and Organizers

The jury consists of leading Ukrainian directors, producers, actors and journalists.
