About

FM14 differs signifficantly from previous Formula Mundi festivals. According to our main topic, we constantly call for submissions and select them on a monthly bases the whole year 2014 round. Here you will find bullet points, stating the most important facts and changes regarding FM14.

Program

There are no categories. Submissions are reviewed by the Pre-jury and are given specifig tags if selected for the recall.

Awards

Competition Awards:

• Every month (on the 1st Monday of the month) one jury member announces his/her top three movies of the month.
• The Formula Mundi Award - awarded to one of 36 submissions that made it to the monthly top three and that profoundly reflects the core intention and concept of FM14 festival.
• All awards undergo a selection process.
• Each film reaching the monthly top three are within the official selection of FM14 and will receive a soft copy certificate of participation via email.
• In justified cases the Jury is allowed to advertise a Special Jury Award or an Honorable Mention.
• The Jury can not award more than one prize to the same film.
• In justified cases an award can be shared between two films.
• Jury members reserve the right to not grant an award.

Rules

Restirctions

• Films must be submitted in a resolution of at least DV/PAL 720 x 576 or higher.Films must be submitted in one of the usual formats (e.g. .avi, .mov .mp4), 
• Films must have been produced 2005 or later,
• Every filmmaker / director is allowed to submit only one film.

Documents and Other Requisite Items

• Fill out entry form,
• Upload your film to any file exchange website (e.g.fileconvoy) as you need to provide a link later in subscription.

Additional Information

Do not use Vimeo or Youtube to submit your film!
