FoPe Fest aims to promote cultures, traditions and people customs through arts.
Sections are: music & dance, literature, movies, visual arts.

Rules

• Works shall portray people and country cultures, traditions and customs.

• Works completed in 2018 and after can be submitted.

Movies: 

• Allowed file format: .mp4 / .avi / .wmv / .mov
• Work running time:

            SHORT – up to 40 minutes
            DOCUMENTARY – up to 50 minutes
            FEATURE – 41 minutes or longer

• Maximum file size: 2GB
• If English is not the language of the Work, English subtitles shall be included.

Dance/Music

• Allowed file format: .mp4 / .avi / .wmv / .mov
• Maximum file size: 1.5GB
• All information and descriptions shall be in English.
