Rules
Children and youth cinema studios, media studios and independent artists are invited to participate in festival.
To submit your work you are to send a fully completed entry form, two colored fotos of actor and his tutor to dinastyafest@mail.ru or dinastya12@mail.ru. It is also necessary to send a confirmation of entry fee payment.
